All Shopify stores can use Shop Phone for free for two weeks. The free trial includes all features from the Basic plan (which is our middle tier). This is for an unlimited number of users. After your free trial is over (you will see reminders in the app letting you know how many days in your trial you have left so you don’t lose track of them).
Upgrading from the free trial to the paid plan is simple. You don’t need to do anything. You will be automatically upgraded, and billed at the end of your billing cycle automatically through your Shopify billing.
We don’t ask for your credit card information, store it, or in any way access it. It’s all taken through your monthly Shopify bill.
If you uninstall the Shop Phone app from your Shopify store before your 14 day trial is over, you will not be charged.
